University Renovation Project
Garrett at Northwestern University, Evanston IL.
We were proud to be selected as the General Contractor for a commercial office renovation at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary at Northwestern University. Our team renovated 12 executive offices in one of the campus’s oldest buildings, dating back to the 1850s.
Working within a historic building brought unique construction challenges, but the biggest challenge was the 7-week deadline. Our team rose to the occasion and successfully completed the project on schedule.
This project highlights our experience in commercial construction, office renovations, historic building improvements, and general contracting services throughout the Chicago area.

Corporate Renovation Project
Vestergaard Corporate Renovation, McHenry IL.
We were honored when Vestergaard selected us as the General Contractor to renovate their North American Headquarters. Founded by Godtfred Vestergaard in 1962, Vestergaard is a family-owned company that continues to grow today.
Our goal was to transform and maximize the existing space to better meet the needs of their growing organization. Our team provided architectural drawings, permit expediting, demolition, commercial construction, and project management services from start to finish.
This project showcases our experience providing commercial office renovations, headquarters renovations, space planning, and general contracting services for growing businesses.
Retail Store Buildout Moscot - Lincoln Park Chicago, IL.
We were thrilled to partner with Moscot, another family-owned business like ours, on a complete retail renovation in Chicago’s vibrant Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Our team transformed the space into a custom eyewear store designed to showcase Moscot’s craftsmanship, quality, and iconic eyeglass designs. We’re proud of the finished project and the opportunity to help bring their vision to life.

Corporate Renovation Project
Heartland ( Versiti) Blood Center, Aurora IL.
We were proud to serve as the General Contractor for the fabrication and installation of a stunning 16' x 32' glass atrium at the Heartland (Versiti) Blood Center corporate facility in Aurora, Illinois.
Our team handled the complete atrium design, fabrication and installation, including permit expediting and inspection management. Attention to quality, safety, and professionalism ensured a seamless transformation.
The finished atrium provides a beautiful, functional space for employees and visitors while showcasing our experience in commercial construction, architectural glass, structural installations, and corporate facility improvements.
Access Control Security System Garrett at Northwestern University, Evanston IL.
We are proud to have been selected as the General Contractor for the design and installation of an Access Control Security System for Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary at Northwesten University.
This cutting-edge security system is designed to improve the safety and security of students, faculty, and visitors throughout the campus. With this advanced system in place, the school can effectively manage access to every door on campus ensuring a secure environment for all.
Medical Facility Remodel Versiti Medical Centers throughout Illinois and Indiana
We are proud to have been selected as the General Contractor to complete a remodeling project for thirteen Versiti Medical Center locations across Illinois and Indiana. The project consisted of patching, prepping and painting the interior of thirteen locations. Our team worked meticulously to complete the project in just 30 days. To minimize disruption, all work was carried out at night, allowing the centers to remain fully operational during the day. We committed to delivering high-quality results while respecting the needs of our clients.
University Remodeling Project Aurora University, Woodstock IL. Campus
We're proud to have been selected as the General Contractor for the remodeling of several classrooms at the college. the existing ceilings were dark and not the best environment for learning. Our team carefully removed the old ceilings, grids, and HVAC duct vents, paving the way for the new installation of new grid, ceiling insulation, HVAC vents, and ceiling tiles. The completed remodel has not only brightened the rooms but also fostered a fresh and inviting atmosphere for students and faculty alike. We take great pride in our ability to transform spaces and enhance the overall learning environment.
