University Renovation
Garrett at Northwestern University, Evanston IL.
We were excited to take on the challenge when Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary at Northwestern University chose us as General Contractor to renovate 12 corporate offices for their heads of staff. Nestled in the oldest building on campus, dating back to the 1850s, we knew surprises would be part of this project. The biggest surprise? A tight deadline of just 7 weeks to complete the project. But we rose to the occasion and nailed it!
Corporate Renovation
Vestergaard Company, McHenry IL.
We were honored when Vestergaard had chosen us as the General Contractor to renovate their North American Headquarters facility. Vestergaard is a family run company started by Godtfred Vestergaard in 1962. This scope of this project to utilize the existing space to better fit the needs of this ever growing company. We provided the Architectural drawings, Demolition, Construction and Project Management Services of this project.
Retail Buildout Moscot - Chicago, IL.
We are absolutely thrilled to have worked on this project, as Moscot is a family-owned business like ours! We dove into a complete renovation of their space in Chicago's vibrant Lincoln Park, transforming it into an eyewear store that perfectly highlights the quality and design of their stunning eyeglasses. The final result a beautiful reflection of their craftsmanship that we couldn’t be prouder of!
Corporate Renovation
Heartland ( Versiti) Blood Center, Aurora IL.
We are thrilled to announce our role as the General Contractor for the fabrication and installation of a stunning 16ft x 32ft glass atrium at the Heartland (Versiti) Blood Center's Corporate facility Aurora, IL.
Our dedicated team expertly fabricated the atrium, then carefully dismantled the existing structure and installed the new one. prioritized quality and professionalism throughout the project to ensure a seamless installation. This new atrium will serve as a beautiful and functional space for employees and visitors to enjoy
