As the General Contractor, we provided complete architectural and engineering services, construction management, demolition, and full construction services from concept through completion. Working closely with the client, our team transformed the existing office into a modern, functional workspace designed to support employee collaboration, productivity, and future growth.

The renovation included the construction of new private offices, conference rooms, open workspaces, two new restrooms—including a fully ADA-compliant restroom—and upgraded finishes throughout the facility. The redesigned layout maximizes natural light, creating a bright and inviting work environment while improving efficiency and functionality for employees and visitors alike.
