We were honored when Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary at Northwestern University selected Lamka Enterprises Construction as the General Contractor to renovate 12 administrative offices within its historic main building. Located on Northwestern University's original campus, this landmark structure dates back to the 1850s and is one of the university's oldest buildings.

Our team provided complete architectural design, construction documents, general contracting, construction, and construction management services, carefully coordinating every phase of the renovation while preserving the character and integrity of this historic building.

Working in a structure that has stood for more than 170 years always comes with unexpected challenges. However, our biggest surprise came when we learned the entire project had to be completed in just seven weeks.

Despite the demanding schedule and the complexities of renovating a historic building, our experienced team delivered the project on time, on budget, and to the complete satisfaction of our client.
