Lamka Enterprises served as the General Contractor for the renovation of 12 administrative offices at Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
Garrett is the second oldest building on Northwestern University's original campus, the historic main building dates back to the 1850s. Renovating a building with more than 170 years of history required careful planning, detailed coordination, and respect for the character of the existing structure.
The project also came with an aggressive deadline: the entire renovation had to be completed in just seven weeks.

Historic University Renovation:
The project involved renovating 12 administrative offices within Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary's historic main building.

Our team coordinated the various phases of the renovation while working within the existing conditions of the historic building. The goal was to create updated office spaces while maintaining the character of the facility.
